Japan sells first Fukushima seafood since nuclear crisis

In Japan, the first seafood from waters near the Fukushima nuclear disaster was sold to people Monday in the city of Soma. A local fisheries group said no radioactivity was found in the seafood. Only two kinds of fish were sold and they were sold for a lower price than before the disaster. Other fish are still dangerous for humans because of the spill from the Fukushima nuclear energy center. The local fishing industry was severly damaged by the March 2011 nuclear disaster.

This seems like a good step for that area to get its economy on better footing.
